wellness:

Purpose & Meaning - I am here for a reason; and living that purpose brings me joy
Contribution - I recognize that giving back is a critical piece to wellness & I have ways to contribute in this world
Resiliency - When I fall or fail in my life, I have the tools to pick myself back up & try again
