Fit+Fierce is open for girls in grades 4-12 (grouped according to age/grade)

Fit+Fierce groups meet once a month over the course of the year from September to June.

Fitness at Your Fingertips: With recorded follow-along workouts, the girls can maintain and enhance their fitness journey from home. These workouts are tailored to encourage habit building and physical wellness.
